BarkBox’s overall e-commerce UX performance is mediocre. BarkBox’s UX performance in particular suffers from usability issues caused by broken Mobile Homepage, Main Navigation & CSS Core Pages, broken Homepage, Main Navigation & CSS Core Pages, and poor Accounts & Self-Services. That said, their site performs well within Site-Wide Design & Interaction.
