This is a case study of Take Walks’ e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 174 design elements. 250 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

Take Walks’ overall e-commerce UX performance is poor. Take Walks’ UX performance in particular suffers from usability issues caused by broken On-Site Search, Mobile “Booking” Checkout Process, and Mobile On-Site Search.
