Walgreens UX Case Study

This is a case study of Walgreens’ e-commerce user experience (UX) performance. It’s based on an exhaustive performance review of 787 design elements. 250 other sites have also been benchmarked for a complete picture of the e-commerce UX landscape.

Walgreens’ overall e-commerce UX performance is mediocre. Notably, their UX is hampered by broken Customer Accounts and poor Homepage & Category, although this is allieviated somewhat by good Site-Wide Features.

First benchmarked in April 2012, and reviewed 24 times since then, most recently in February 2023.
