A “Size Finder” is an interactive solution that provides personalized size and fit recommendations. During testing, several participants needed more than the static information provided by “Size Guides”. In truth, a sizable group of users need more guidance and prefer an interactive approach when it comes to discovering their size on a specific site.
To ensure that users have a better chance of finding their correct size in relation to a clothing item’s measurements, apparel sites should therefore offer a “Size Finder” on the product page — yet 36% of our test sites didn’t have one.
